In order to report a fault or damage please fill in and send us the complaint form that you can download below.
Please make sure that the complaint form for Titan products contains the following:
- number of warrant card,
- tank serial number,
- faulty part serial number,
- full customer’s details including name, address, contact number, email address if applicable and description of problem.
- In case of Klargester products along with full details, a copy of the Sales Order must be additionally provided.
