sensor: 12 months
Slim Line tank: 5 years
Titan Single skin tanks: 2 years
Titan Double skin tanks: 10 years
TruckMaster tanks: was: 5 years
Chemostoretanks: was: 5 years
Titan single skin products as e.g.:
- bunded pallets
- open bund
- skip master
- truck tool box
- BLD
- grit bins
5 years warranty.
Klargester tanks:
BioDisc Sewage Treatment Plants, AirFlow Treatment Plants, Sigma SuperSeptic Sewage Treatment Plants, Oil/Water Separator and all others with theirs components: 20 years body of the product / 2 year equipment.
Any complaint for mechanical damages/missing items must be entered to Kingspan Env./Klargester within 5 working days from delivery day. In such cases, a signed copy of the PO is required and any damage/shortages on delivery documents clearly noted.
Damage arising from failure to follow installation instructions is excluded.
Damage arising from customer abuse or misuse of products is excluded.
Buyer cannot claim a warranty if:
- product not used according to manufacturer’s instructions,
- incorrect maintenance, mechanical damage and vandalism,
- product damage by incorrect repairs or construction changes carried out by unauthorized service company,
- the product was used not for the purpose it was manufactured for.
Company Kingspan Environmental does not cover the defects caused by using the products in violation with users manual and significant legal standards.
Company Kingspan Environmental does not take responsibility for defects caused by natural forces as: storms, flood, fire.
Client/ service partners will be charged for cost of service and parts if in result of Kingspan Env. internal investigation of returned parts it occur that pump/flow meter/nozzle/hose/watchman and any other equipment were exchange unreasonably.
